Used Wayne automation case partition inserter. The machine was manufactured in November of 1993. The machine was originally designed to insert an H or Double Z partition into a _ slotted or full slotted carton. It was originally designed for taller cartons such as those utilized for gallons and 1/2 gallons. With these types of cartons and partitions, the machine has a production capability of 12 to 14 cartons per minute. It is equipped with an AB PLC 5 controller. It does not have the deep throw grid required to put the corners of the grid into a short case or tray. However, it could be utilized for these types of carton by raising the tray conveyor up to meet the grid
