Votator Triple Tube Scrape Surface Exchanger

Used Votator triple tube heat exchanger. The machine consists of three (3) 6 inch by 48 inch tubes. It has a total of 18 sq. ft. of cooling surface (6 sq. ft. per tube) so it is equivalent to a two tube 6 x 72 machine. The machine was utilized to chill juice concentrate prior to packaging into 12 and 16 oz. Juice cans. Machine is powered with a single, 30 HP, TEFC motor set up for 460 volt 3 phase power. (This machine was originally set up to cool margarine at a rate of 7,000 lbs. per hour from 100 degrees F. to approximately 60 degrees F.) This is an ammonia cooled unit. Tubes are in good shape.
