Item is a used Jacketed Toscana Inox open top tank. The tank was previously used in the production of Kombucha Tea and is in good condition. This was a Variable Capacity tank, the lid and arm were not utilized and discarded by the previous owner. A new lid apparatus and arm can be ordered from the manufacturer at an additional cost. The tank would be ideal for Winery, cold press coffee and distillery applications
