Used Morrison Timing Screw lane infeed orienter. Through a series of feed screws, it divides one lane into four lanes that feed directly into the lanes of the case packer. The machine was manufactured in 1987. This machine is far superior to a mechanical lane selector at higher speeds (above 180bpm). Machine is capable of running at speeds of up to 360bpm on F-style plastic quart bottles. Replacement cost on the machine is $62,000 to $65,000.
