Letina Inox 1100 gallon (4150L) closed top jacketed storage tank, used for fermentation and storage of wine and other alimentary liquids. High-quality stainless steel, polished on the inside so scaling is minimized and the tank is easy to clean. Thanks to the vertical construction of the cooling jacket, cooling process will be efficient even if the tank is not totally full.
