Item is a used JC Pardo, jacketed hemispherical kettle. The kettle is approximately 500 galloNew and is rated at 40 PSI @ 247 degrees F. It 2″ center bottom outlet. Included with the kettle is a double motion, scrape surface agitator (not currently mounted on the kettle-no drive motor). Agitator and drive are mounted on removable, S/S bridge. S/S hinged lids. Tank is supported with 4, S/S legs.
