Used EOB Enomeccanica grape de-stemmer. The machine utilizes a 6 inch diameter screw to feed from the hopper to the de-stemming drum. The drum measures approximately 21 inches in diameter and is 38 inches long. Machine is powered with a 5 HP Baldor motor, 230/460 volt 3 phase.
